- How am I billed?
- Publish a listing or start a subscription and we email you a PDF invoice with a unique reference code and our bank details. Your listing goes live immediately — payment is NET-7 by bank transfer. No card on file, no auto-charges.
- What happens if I don’t pay within 7 days?
- Listings auto-pause 14 days after the invoice was issued (NET-7 + 7-day grace) and restore the moment we mark the invoice paid. You won’t lose the listing or its applicant data — it just stops appearing on the public site until the invoice is settled.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- No. Talent Fiji is invoice-only. We bill in FJD and accept bank transfer to Bank of South Pacific. This keeps fees predictable for Fijian employers and avoids card-surcharge variability.
- What is a Verified Employer?
- A Verified Employer badge means a Talent Fiji admin has personally checked the business is real and operating in Fiji. Verification is editorial — granted by us, not bought as an add-on. If you would like verification, contact support and we will review your company.
- Can I cancel a subscription?
- Yes — any time. Subscriptions are monthly and cancel at the end of the current billing period. Listings posted under the subscription remain live for the rest of their 30-day window.
- Are candidates ever charged?
- No. Job seekers browse and apply for free, forever. Employers pay the publicly listed prices on this page. There is no premium tier for candidates, no fee to apply, and no paywall on any candidate-side feature.
- Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
- No. Single listings are a one-off 30-day buy. Subscriptions are month-to-month. There is no minimum term, no setup fee, and no enterprise tier hidden behind a sales call.
- Are prices in Fiji dollars?
- Yes — every price on this page is in Fijian dollars (FJD). We bill in FJD and reconcile through Xero. There are no foreign-currency conversions and no hidden FX margins.
