About the role You'll be the first voice prospects hear when they reach out to PCS Global. This role combines appointment setting with brand representation — you'll qualify leads, build rapport, and hand over warm, high-quality appointments to our closing team. You'll own the full lead lifecycle and take genuine pride in representing the brand in every conversation. Success here means consistently hitting targets while maintaining the professionalism and warmth that reflects our brand values. Key responsibilities Qualify inbound leads and convert them into confirmed appointments for the closing team. Manage the full lead lifecycle from first contact through warm handover to closers. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured sequences for consistent pipeline hygiene. Deliver professional brand introductions and service overviews over the phone. Coordinate calendars and confirm appointment details with prospects and internal teams. Handle objections and rejection with composure, staying committed to targets. Track and report on conversion metrics, appointment quality, and lead source performance. What we're looking for 1–2 years' experience in call centre, telesales, customer service, or appointment setting. Proven track record converting inbound leads in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Hands-on experience with CRM or call management systems (monday.com, HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar). Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, warm, and engaging telephone manner. Demonstrated ability to perform consistently in a KPI-driven, high-performance environment.
