About the role You will convert customer inquiries via phone and email into energy plan sales for residential and commercial prospects. You'll employ a consultative approach to assess customer requirements, communicate pricing transparently, identify cross-sell opportunities, and establish sustainable client/customer relationships. Key responsibilities Convert inbound and outbound calls and emails into energy plan sign-ups for residential and commercial customers. Assess customer energy consumption patterns and recommend appropriate plans aligned with cost efficiency and sustainability objectives. Communicate complex pricing structures, tariffs, and contract terms with clarity and transparency. Address customer inquiries regarding billing, outages, and energy conservation with professionalism and empathy. Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities for complementary energy products. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipeline activities. Achieve or exceed established sales targets for plan sign-ups, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' call centre experience in telemarketing or tele sales roles. Demonstrated track record selling retail electricity, natural gas, LPG, or SME electricity services and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. Strong customer service capabilities, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated active listening ability. Goal-oriented approach with demonstrated resilience in prospecting and managing rejection.
