About PCS
PCS is a New Zealand-founded outsourcing company headquartered in Suva, Fiji. We were founded in 2018 by Sangita and Yogesh Chand — both of Fijian descent — to give Fijian professionals world-class career opportunities without leaving home, while delivering premium service to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
Today we run finance & accounting, customer service, sales support, debt recovery, and back-office teams from our Suva office on behalf of ANZ clients across solar, insurance, finance, hospitality, professional services, real estate and e-commerce. Our people sit on shift alongside our clients' onshore teams during AU/NZ business hours, work in their systems, and represent their brand every day.
